This role is within the water sports division which includes Open circuit Scuba diving, Rebreather diving, Spearfishing, Snorkelling and Swimming. As a manufacturer we are renowned for our innovation and design and in addition are one of the biggest diver training agencies in the market with our training brand Scuba Schools International.
Reporting to the UK water sports category manager, you will be responsible for processing returns, management of various databases and providing general sales and customer support. Ideal candidates will be based in NW England as the role will operate primarily from our Kendal base.
You will be required to manage our warranty processes including the stripping and reassembling of diving and other equipment, manage and report on the returns process to management and feedback to customers. You will also be required to provide sales support to the area sales managers to aid with successful completion of orders, speak to retailers and end consumers about returns and other matters and will present our service course to prospective service technicians.
This will be done by appropriate time management, great organisation and communication skills as well as use of IT software especially Microsoft office programs. In return you will get a competitive salary, circa £20k OTE depending on experience, and the chance to work for one of the fastest growing and exciting brands in the water sports market.
Candidates will be educated to a high standard with experience in customer service or sales support roles. They should be knowledgeable in the use of equipment in the Head Water sports range and ideally be a qualified scuba diving professional. You will need a full clean UK driving licence and own your own car, a valid passport as some foreign travel may be required and be willing to take a medical.
